Pallas Projects/Studios turns 30 in 2026 (no small feat for a grassroots artist-run organisation!). In advance of this landmark we will be holding a fundraising auction of Irish & international contemporary art from 28th November–8th December.
Inspired by New York non-profits, Pallas have held four previous auctions since 2014, enlisting support and goodwill built up over decades, bringing hundreds of works to auction for the first time and featuring some of Ireland's most exciting and critically acclaimed emerging and established Irish contemporary artists. Our 30 year anniversary auction is lining up to be extra special, with works donated by Sean Scully and the estate of Gordon Matta-Clark, and featuring artists including Hito Steyerl, Liam Gillick, Patrick Graham, and Aideen Barry.
Bidding this year will once again take place online and is kindly supported by Gormleys auctions, who are foregoing all fees in support of Pallas and to encourage and support a new generation of contemporary artists. Prospective collectors can easily sign up, view and bid on work on their phones or tablets. Those who wish to see works up close can visit the Irish Georgian Society’s City Assembly House on South William Street, where they will be on view from 3rd–6th December.
