Pallas is located in the south west inner city in an area know as The Coombe, in The Liberties. It is near the south end of Francis Street, beside St Brigid's Primary School.
Transport Options
By foot
Travelling from the city centre we are located just before the turn off for Cork Street, at the corner of St Luke’s Avenue. Here you will see a laneway and signage for Pallas Projects and BIMM music College. We are located behind BIMM at the end of the lane.
If you arrive at any time and the front gates are closed please use the intercom on the left side to gain access. An inner door will open, please take care stepping through. Otherwise proceed up to the end of the lane to a black gate on the left hand side under a tree. An Intercom is on the left before this gate. For further information jump to 'Navigating the Space'.

Taxi
Taxi’s can drop guests at the loading bay outside the Hyatt Centric Hotel. This is 35m from the end of the entrance lane. Approximately a 1 minute walk.
Accessible Parking
Limited on street parking, including disability parking is available close to Pallas Projects.
For those without permits: some or all of these may be pay-and-display at certain times.

Navigating the Space
Entrance to Courtyard
The entrance to our courtyard is at the end of the lane through a black gate on the left hand side. You will see a tree to your right and a Pallas Projects sign straight ahead. Before the gate, attached to the wall is an intercom positioned at 110cm high.
There are two speed bumps on the lane, which also has a slight incline. The lane is 50m, approximately 1 minute walk. There is a handrail on the left hand side for the first 20m.
If you arrive at any time and the large black gates are closed blocking the lane please use the intercom on the left side. If we are onsite we answer and give you access.
Gallery
Pallas Projects gallery is on the ground floor at 115-117 The Coombe, at the rear of the BIMM building. There is step-free access however as an old building the width of doors may not be suitable for all wheelchairs.
The front gate entrance to the courtyard is 103cm wide. There is an incline in the first half of the courtyard. The main Gallery door is 65cm wide with concrete ramp inbuilt.
You will be welcomed by our staff who will lead you to the gallery. In the gallery chairs are available if not inbuilt as part of the exhibition.
Toilets
There are accessible, gender non-segregated bathrooms.
An accessible toilet is located through a blue door labelled “Studios 17-18”. The access door is 76cm wide and on the left at the back of the courtyard. There is a 5ft wheelchair ramp available for this door and adjoining studios which both otherwise require 1 step for access.
The toilet door is 69cm wide and has a twist handle and hook lock. Inside there are two grip rails on either side of the toilet, the one on the left being able to pull down for optional use and the one on the right being mounted to the wall. The wall mounted grip handle is 92cm high with the pull down handle at 91cm high. There is a seat riser available which reaches 50cm, and a toilet paper holder on the wall to the left at 70cm high.
To the left of the toilet is a pull-cord alarm to request assistance in case of an emergency. Pulling this cord will sound a loud alarm to notify personnel and can be stopped by pressing the glowing red triangular button mounted on the wall.
The sink reaches 78 cm high and the depth from the sink to the tap is 30cm. Beside the sink is a lowered paper towel roll holder at 92cm high, as well as an open top bin located underneath the sink.

Service Animals are welcome.
There are accessible, gender non-segregated bathrooms.
Pallas is a relaxed environment. You are welcome to come and go as you need to and are welcome to stretch, pace, stim and make noises.
Seats are available from the wall in the gallery beside the information desk. Please ask if you need any assistance.
We welcome mask wearing and have masks available onsite. Our staff are happy to wear a mask if it makes you more comfortable.
We have a HEPA UV air purifier running in our gallery.
At openings refreshments are served outside in our courtyard which has benched seating along one wall.
For the protection of our friends and staff we ask that you do not attend if you are sick.
Access Supports
We are funded by The Arts Council and can request funds to support public access e.g. audio description, interpretation as needed.
