Pallas Projects/Studios are delighted to announce the open call for applications for our 2025 Artist-Initiated Projects.

We are inviting proposals for funded 3-week exhibitions from artists working across all contemporary visual art forms.

The deadline for submissions is 5pm Tuesday 26th November 2024.

Visual artists are invited to apply, especially emerging artists, recent graduates, and early/mid-career artists with solo or collaborative projects. The application procedure is free and simple to complete, projects will be self-directed, with an artists fee/production budget and other valuable supports from PP/S. Exhibitions will run from March – October 2025, and we welcome projects/bodies of work that are completed/near completion, or work in progress with clearly-expressed outcomes. Please note the ability to turn around projects in a short time may be required.

We are continuing our earlier, extended application process, and options to submit a video or recording instead of a text document to allow for accessibility needs. An online session will also take place with the opportunities to hear more about the programme, get advice on the application process, and ask questions ahead of submission deadline.

Artist-Initiated Projects at Pallas Projects/Studios is an open-submission, annual gallery programme of 8 x 3-week exhibitions. This unique programme of funded, artist-initiated projects selected via open call is highly accessible to artists, with a focus on early career, emerging artists and recent graduates. Projects are supplemented with artists' talks, texts, workshops or performances, and gallery visits by colleges and local schools.
