AIP – Open Call Application

Your Details

Projects can be ready to go or in-progress, but ability to turn around in a short time may be required. Exhibitions including installation, opening, event and de/stall run across a 3 week period Monday–Sunday, between January–November, 2026. Please be flexible, give more than one date range if possible, please note dates cannot be guaranteed.

Project Proposal

Please upload a PDF detailing the following -

For individuals: 

  1. 1 page of text outlining your proposal including proposed event/outreach aspect including targeted audiences; 

  2. a brief biography (<250 words); 

  3. a maximum of 10 images with examples of previous and proposed work; 

  4. max 1 link to video/audio work; 

  5. CV including any recent/forthcoming shows.


For 2-person or Groups: 

  1. 1 page of text outlining your proposal including proposed event/outreach aspect including targeted audiences; 

  2. group, curator, individual biographies (<250 words per person); 

  3. maximum of 15 images with examples of previous and proposed work; 

  4. max 2 links to video/audio work; 

  5. CV of all artists/collaborators including any recent/forthcoming shows; 

  6. and CV of curator/coordinator if applicable.

Image Requirements

  • 1 good quality image per page with descriptions (what, where, when)

  • A maximum of 10 images for individual applications & 15 images for group shows

  • Where possible please include examples of both previous work and proposed work/exhibition plans.

  • Please label work as previous work or proposed work for clarity.

Please note if you send extra images/information they will be discounted.

Accessibility Needs

If you have accessibility needs and a video or sound recording is preferred please add this on the next page &
provide a (total maximum) 6-minute video or voice recording outlining;

  1. Your proposal

Access Needs

You can let us know here if you have any access needs (This will be kept confidential). We are happy to facilitate as best we can, including providing extended installation time and additional assistance for events. Funding is available for access supports for artists and audiences.
